A unique 360 Approach
Our Programs
The Institute for Educational Achievement (IEA) is a private, non-profit educational program for children, adolescents, and adults with autism. At IEA, we provide highly individualized instruction based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. Whether they are learning in the home, out in the community or in our facility, our goal is to instill all learners with the skills necessary for them to lead independent, productive, and happy lives.
Child
Development
Research indicates intensive early intervention using applied behavior analysis is critical to the success of those diagnosed with an ASD. Children as young as 3 join our program to learn critical academic, language, play and social skills.
Growing
Adolescents
Adolescents build upon those skills and learn how to independently care for themselves, structure their time, and participate more fully in community activities.
Guiding
Adults
Adults are taught to capitalize on all the skills they have acquired and focus on integrating and using those skills to become gainfully employed, complete daily tasks, and master home living routines
Our Programs
The Institute for Educational Achievement provides a wide range of programs customized to the unique needs of each individual based on their stage of development.

Adult Life Skills Program
Students who need continued support after graduating from our Education Program move into our ALSP. With the right guidance, individuals with autism can be gainfully employed and demonstrate enormous competence in the workplace, in community activities, and in their homes with continued programming for success.
Home Programming
Provided to all families of students enrolled at IEA, staff members work closely in the home with each family to ensure that skills learned at school are utilized in the home and community. Additionally, parents are invited to spend time at school to receive hands-on training and have the opportunity to observe their children completing all academic and school-based tasks.
Our Team
Specializing in Compassion
IEA has an extraordinarily committed, professional, and passionate staff supporting the learners who communicate across all education programs to provide the most consistent teaching possible. Our team is dedicated to ensuring successful life, vocational, and leisure activities for all learners.

A Behavior Analytic Approach
When nurturing an individual with ASD, typical grading systems are rarely a true measure of success. At IEA, systematic intervention procedures, based on a wide range of scientifically validated ABA teaching techniques, are employed to ensure both children and adults in our program are achieving progress. Objective data is collected and analyzed regularly to assess the efficiency of all teaching procedures. Through this analysis, IEA staff are able to ensure rapid, and consistent, skill acquisition by all learners.
