On Tuesday, November 25th, the IEA’s Adult Life Skills Program celebrated their Third Annual Friendsgiving! Everyone participated in meal preparation activities, but the opportunity to dine together and have the families of learners join them for dessert was the highlight of everyone’s day. ABAI International Conference Dr. Eric Rozenblat and colleagues presented on Ensuring High Quality Intervention Programs at the recent 12th Annual ABAI Conference in Lisbon, Portugal. The presentation focussed on the systematic variables used within the ASAI member agencies as initially developed by Drs. Krantz and McClannahan.
No tricks, only treats for all the learners at IEA as we celebrated Halloween in classic style. Younger students went “trick or treating” throughout the building, followed by a traditional costume parade for parents, and topping the day with classroom parties.
